Sequence Determination by Hybridization
Description
Sequencing by hybridization is a potentially important technique
for decreasing the time and money required for DNA sequencing.
Advances in this technique may also provide the mechanism for
the development of quick and precise genetic diagnostic tests.
In past research funded by the DOE and by the NIH, Daniel H.
Wagner Associates has developed advanced statistical methods
for the analysis of hybridization data and software to implement
these methods.
