Under a multi-million dollar contract from Lockheed Martin Systems Integration-Owego, Wagner developed an Acoustic Mission Planner (AMP) for the Navy’s MH-60R Multi-Mission Helicopter.  The algorithms used in AMP were originally developed for the MH-60R Decision Support System Testbed (DSST), under the sponsorship of NAVAIR, as part of a NSWC-DD Phase III SBIR contract.
