Wagner was awarded a Phase II Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) effort with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) as a subcontractor to develop a full-scale Mine Warfare (MIW) CES/ISR TDA for eventual transition into the Mine Warfare and Environmental Decision Aids Library (MEDAL) system.
